MAtCHLESS

Untapping multiparametric 2D luminescence sensing through MACHine LEarning and Spectral Sorting

Our Mission

MAtCHLESS is an ERC Starting Grant project that will provide the ultimate tool for studying complex phenomena in cells with unmatched comprehensiveness and spatiotemporal resolution.

The Pillars

Luminescent Sensors

The luminescent nanosensors will show unprecedented spectral and size homogeneity, and will respond to changes in multiple parameters such as oxygen level, temperature, and pH.

Machine Learning Algorithms

The multicolor luminescence of the sensors is analyzed with advanced algorithms to obtain relibale multiparametric luminescent sensors.

Multispectral Imaging

The use of a multispectral readout approach enables simultaneous 2D imaging of the targeted parameters in cells with sub-second temporal resolution.
